Although Ms. Steele spent only a short time with NUNU Radio Media LLC, she will forever be recognized as one of the few people honored as NUNU Radio Pioneers.

From the very beginning, C. Niambi Steele’s honest opinions, straightforward talk, and creative spirit helped open ideas and pathways during the early days of the station. She was also instrumental in helping us complete our first radio drama, Gangsters Over Harlem, a play written by Randolph Shepp Edmonds.

It was a learning process, but together we got through it and made it work. NUNU Radio Media LLC shall always be thankful to C. Niambi Steele for sharing her art, her time, and her passion with us.
