Fredric Michaels

Performed on-stage in; A Streetcar Named Desire, Mothers and Daughters, Bus Stop, Work Day, The Keeper, and BETRAYAL (independent film). He has directed; B’s Monologue, Green Honey Love, Kiss of Guilt, A Dance Between Friends, Way Back Home, I Saw You Dancing at the Casbah, and FITS. His filmmaker debut was Tae Em a Love Story, a film he wrote, directed, starred in, and shot. Produced Leslie Sims which debuted at the Hudson Guild Summer Fest.

Lights/Multimedia – designed the sound for the production of The Resurrection of Alice, and designed and ran the French translations for earlier production of “The Resurrection…” performed at the Harlem School of the Arts with Haitian audience members. Fredric also designed and ran the Audio/Video for JOSEPHINE, a solo performance by Perri Gaffney based on the life of Josephine Baker, performed at the Lycee Francais de New York in January.
